Before you ask us.

Do I need trekking experience?

For our valley and short trips, no. For anything above 3,500 m, you should be able to walk 6–8 hours a day for several days in a row. We send a fitness prep guide 90 days before departure.

Are international flights included?

No — but we're happy to advise on carrier, fare class and layover strategy. Domestic Nepal flights are included.

What is your cancellation policy?

Full refund up to 60 days before departure, 50% up to 30 days, and non-refundable inside 30 days. Written in plain English in your booking confirmation.

Do you accommodate dietary needs?

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and kosher on request. Guides carry a written card in Nepali explaining your restrictions to teahouse cooks.

What payment methods do you accept?

US bank ACH transfer, Zelle, wire transfer, and Visa/Mastercard (3% surcharge). Deposit 20%, balance 45 days before departure.
